Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose) This agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users of the services provided by Linkle through mobile devices and related networks, websites, and other services (hereinafter referred to as "Services").

Article 2 (Definitions) ① The definitions of terms used in this agreement are as follows:

1. "Company" refers to the operator that provides services through mobile devices.
2. "Member" refers to a person who enters into a service agreement according to this agreement and uses the services provided by the company.
3. "Temporary Member" refers to a person who provides only partial information and uses only part of the services provided by the company.
4. "Mobile Device" refers to a device that can download or install content for use, such as mobile phones, smartphones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), tablets, etc.
5. "Account Information" collectively refers to the information provided by the member to the company, such as email, nickname, friend list, and usage information.
6. "Content" refers to all materials produced by the company in a digital format related to providing services that can be used on mobile devices.
7. "Application" refers to all programs downloaded or installed and used through mobile devices to access the services provided by the company.
8. "Event Service" refers to one of the services provided by the company, which includes events registered by members on mobile devices and related services.

② The definitions of terms used in this agreement are determined by the relevant laws and the policies of each service, except as defined in paragraph 1, and otherwise follow general practices.

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information, etc.) The company shall display the following items in the app service for easy understanding by members. However, the privacy policy and service terms of use may be made available to members through a linked screen.

2. Privacy Policy
3. Terms of Service

Article 4 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms) ① The company shall post the contents of this agreement in the app service or on its linked screens for members to be aware of.

② In the event of an amendment to the terms, the company shall notify the members by posting the effective date, amended contents, and reasons for amendment on the service or its linked screens.

③ The company shall take measures to enable members to inquire and receive responses regarding the contents of the company and this agreement.
